KWESTONE is the handle used by Los Angeles, California based consumer product designer and street artist, Chito Arellano, whose work reflects his love for all things hip hop, sneakers and pop culture. With a 20+ year-career in the mass market toy industry, designing products and developing IPs for companies like Hasbro, Mattel, Spin Master and JAKKS Pacific, he is now turning his focus and design skills to creating an IP of his own. In 2024 he begins his latest endeavor: creating a video game. SNIPERBOT: The Hype Game is a passion project and KWESTONE is locked and loaded to “Snipe the HYPE!”
KWESTONE has partnered up with Rlux Studios to help with the game's programing development as he tackles the art and creative direction of the story. Even though SNIPERBOT will be his initial game, he has no shortage of ideas for future indie titles.
KWESTONE believes that collaboration is key to success, which is why he partnered up with Rlux Studios to help develop his game. KWESTONE is also actively looking for other partners and collaborators in the indie gaming community to create amazing video games and products with!
SNIPERBOT: The Hype Game
A retro styled, rhythm-based action platformer; It’s Mega Man meets Crypt of the NecroDancer. The player traverses through the cybertech world of Meta Metro. Where Hypebeasts run wild, clout is currency and the only way to survive is attacking your enemies and fighting boss battles, in time to a late 80s / early 90s Hip Hop soundtrack!
